I’m Ed Enverga, proud owner of HQ Construction & Supplies Inc.

It had been my desire to run my own business in an industry where I can pursue my true passion. While doing my search, I ran into a person who was in the kitchen cabinetry business and was given the opportunity to understand the business operation. Through meeting with different people, I was able to understand their wishes and identify their needs.

I began to understand that kitchen cabinets were not simply a type of home living necessity that you can easily install, unlike furniture and appliances. A lot of things need to be considered, and planning is paramount in getting a dream kitchen. Renovations are the key to get the desired results through the conceptualization of ideas, designs, costing, planning and effective execution. That’s when HQ Construction & Supplies Inc. was born.

We have been in this business for over seven years, and I can say the business today is doing great. Numerous jobs can be handled effectively and efficiently. Planning is the key to any projects no matter how small or big it is.

My business philosophy is based on the belief that my client’s best interests come first. I establish my relationship with my clients at the first moment I meet them. Talking to clients and understanding their likes, dislikes, concerns and most importantly their needs is vital. It’s rewarding to see my clients happy and satisfied knowing that I have done my job.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is that I value the people I deal with on a daily basis. I believe in mutual respect and that people should be treated fairly. The golden rule “Treat other people the way you wanted to be treated,” is my guiding principle. Trust is easily established after that.

My business success is attributed to proper planning and its effective execution where risks are assessed and managed. In any business, day to day operations can be easily derailed by several factors relating to people, time and materials. Any delays are costly. Being proactive in understanding those factors can avoid such occurrences. But being on top of the situation is the key to problem-solving.

When I am not at work, my hobbies include reading, watching TV and doing a quick exercise before and after bedtime. Spending time with my family after work and during days off enables me to recharge. My family is my inspiration.
